Women’s Touch Rugby sessions at Northampton Saints are open to players of all abilities – including complete beginners – providing the opportunity to get fit, make new friends and to give rugby a try!

Led by enthusiastic and helpful coaches, Women’s Touch Rugby sessions are held in the High Performance Centre at Franklin’s Gardens every Tuesday evening during school term times. 

DETAILS:

• Dates: Every Tuesday in term time.
• Time: 19:00 – 20:30
• Location: High Performance Centre at Franklin’s Gardens. Please park in the Saints Car Park A, Abbey Street, NN5 5LN
• Ages: 18 and over
• Pricing: Sessions will be free of charge until at least March 2026, funded by UKSPF. Thereafter £3 per session / block of eight for £21 (plus £1.50 booking fee).
• What you need: Clean rugby boots and a water bottle.
