How to create your new account
- CLICK HERE to start.
- Enter your email address and select ‘Create New Account’.
- Check your email inbox for a verification code, enter it, and hit ‘Verify’.
- Complete your registration details (choose password, enter your name and contact information) and choose your preferences – you can update these anytime by logging back into your account.
- Confirm your membership number (if you have one).
- If your membership number doesn’t appear, or you are presented with multiple numbers and are unsure which one to select, please contact our ticketing team at ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk for help. If you have not had a membership number previously, click ‘Continue with new Membership Number’ to finish.
Once you’re done, you’ll have one secure log-in for everything Saints and Lightning – and you’ll be ready for the exciting features coming soon!
If you are logged-in via the Loughborough Lightning website, you will automatically be logged into your ticketing and retail accounts when you visit those websites.

Will my new account link with my previous ticketing and retail accounts?
Yes – if you use the same email address you’ve previously used for ticket and retails purchases, your membership number(s) will appear so you can link them. If you’re unsure which number to select, please contact ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk.
Will setting up my new account take long?
Not at all! The process is quick and easy – most supporters complete it in just a few minutes.
Where can I find my membership number?
Your membership number is on your previous Season Ticket confirmation or on any tickets you’ve purchased before. If you’re still unsure, please email ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk.
Why wasn’t my membership number found?
Your existing Ticketmaster account might be linked to a different email address. Please contact ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk to confirm your details.
Why isn’t my Saints / Lightning account linking with my Ticketmaster account?
It is possible that you have two or more accounts on Ticketmaster, please contact ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk to confirm your details and ensure the correct account is linked.
What if more than one ticketing membership number is shown during my new Saints / Lightning account registration?
If you’re unsure which number to select, contact our ticketing team (ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk) for guidance.
I have multiple ticketing accounts that use the same email address. What do I do?
If you use one email address across multiple ticketing accounts, we recommend that the lead booker completes the Single Sign-On process, and uses their account as the main profile. Your membership number can be found on your card or previous booking confirmation. Once set up, the lead booker can manage all linked accounts using the ‘My Network’ feature.
What is Ticketmaster’s ‘My Network’ functionality?
The ‘My Network’ feature allows supporters to buy and manage tickets on behalf of their family and friends. If you have set this up previously, you will not need to do so again.
To set up your network:
- Log-in to your account on Ticketmaster (you will need to complete the new Single Sign-On process first).
- Go to ‘My Network’ (click ‘View Account Menu’, then ‘Account Management’, then ‘Network’).
- Add the membership details (membership number and surname) of the members you want to manage.
- Once added, you can purchase tickets for everyone in your network.
Can I update my preferences later?
Absolutely – you can update your communication preferences anytime from your account settings on www.lightningrugby.co.uk.
