  • Stadium opens 10.30am, kick-off 12pm.
  • Live music from talented solo performer Hannah Faulkner, who will be in the Rodber Bar before the match and at half-time.
  • This Sunday marks the league-wide Big Pink Weekend uniting clubs, players, and supporters to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer, with Lightning proud to play their part wearing a bespoke limited-edition pink shirt sponsored by GRS Group.
  • Make sure to get your FREE temporary Lightning tattoo done by @bolddesigns_finelines_tattoo in the Rodber Bar.
  • Tickets for the fixture are still available and remain on sale from £12* adult and £4 child*.
  • Sunday’s fixture marks our final home game of the regular season, a leaver’s presentation will come after full-time as well as the announcement of our Saints Supporters Club Player of the Season
  • Please note: the Northampton 10K is taking place in the Sixfields area on Sunday morning, meaning there will be road closures between 9am and 11.30am. Access to Car Park D and Edgar Mobbs Way will only be available via St James Mill Road direction ONLY from 9.30am. Access via Upton Way will re-open from approximately 10.45am.

Loughborough Lightning are back at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens for the final time in the regular season this Sunday as they host Saracens (31 May, kick-off: 12pm).

The last time Saracens visited cinch Stadium, Lightning emerged victorious with a first-ever victory over the North London side in the 22-17 encounter and will be hoping for a similar result this Sunday to keep hopes of a position in the top four alive.

  • For the first time ever at a Lightning game, there will be a roaming live camera giving those in the stands the chance to get themselves up on the big screen and join in the fun!
  • Rushden & Higham RFC will be providing the guard of honour as the teams run out onto the pitch.
  • We’re encouraging you all to wear a splash of pink to cinch Stadium as part of the Big Pink Weekend – a landmark league-wide initiative between Premiership Women’s Rugby and Breast Cancer Now that is taking place during Round 17 of the PWR season from 29-31 May,
  • For the 2025/26 PWR season, Loughborough Lightning has a brand new fan-zone located between the Gate 2 turnstiles up to the South Stand Reception.
  • Make sure you’re pitchside after the final whistle for your chance to receive a signed ball from a Lightning player.

BIG PINK WEEKEND

  • For this Sunday’s game, Lightning will be wearing a bespoke limited-edition pink shirt sponsored by GRS Group.
  • Big Pink Weekend is an initiative led by Premiership Women’s Rugby, uniting clubs, players, and supporters to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer, with Lightning proud to play their part in the Round 17 showcase fixture,  which is being screened live on TNT Sports.
  • A limited number of the pink replica shirts will be available to purchase at the match, available in youth, men’s, and women’s sizes. Match-worn shirts will also be auctioned off, with proceeds being donated to the cause.

MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

  • Loughborough Lightning’s matchday programme is available to all supporters, free of charge, via a digital-only format.
  • From 4pm on Friday 29 May, the matchday programme for Lightning vs Saracens will be available to view HERE.

CAR PARKING

  • Please note: the Northampton 10K is taking place in the Sixfields area on Sunday morning, meaning there will be road closures between 9am and 11.30am.
  • Access to Car Park D and Edgar Mobbs Way will only be available via St James Mill Road direction ONLY from 9.30am. Access via Upton Way will re-open from approximately 10.45am.
  • Car Park D is available for supporters, priced at £3 (NN5 5JT)
  • Car Park hangers do not apply for this fixture.
  • Car Parks D opens from 9.30am.
  • After the Car Parks close at 10pm, there will be no access to any vehicle left behind until Monday morning.
  • Parking for Blue Badge holders ONLY is available in Car Park A, please pre-book this with the Ticket Office by emailing ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk
  • Given that cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens sits in a residential area of the town, we strongly urge all supporters to use the Club’s Car Parks. Should they choose not to do so, supporters must park with due care and respect for the needs of local residents and businesses.

FOOD & DRINK

  • Rodber Bar (East Stand) will be open from 10:30am. Hot and cold drinks will be available along with food options.
  • There will also be a Pick & Mix stall in the Rodber Bar.
  • There will also be an expanded food offering from a normal Lightning matchday, with pizza and ice cream available to purchase.
  • Hot drinks will also be available from the coffee unit in the village.
  • Please be aware that cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens is a cashless stadium; all bars and food outlets will only accept card payments.

SENSORY ROOM

  • Box 2 (East Stand) is available to use as a sensory room on Lightning matchdays.
  • This is a designated space to help people, regardless of age, who have sensory processing needs.
  • Its purpose is to provide a safe and calming environment for those with neurodivergent needs who may be finding the match atmosphere overwhelming.
  • This will include ear defenders, fidget toys, colouring, feelings cards and calming sound/light for people to use.

OTHER INFO

  • ​The Club requests that supporters refrain from standing at the side of the pitch to watch the warm-up to prevent congestion. Please watch the warm-up from your seat.
  • Saints’ Fan Radios will NOT be in use on Sunday.
