Loosehead prop Adjei-Ansere is the first product of Lightning’s arrangement with Buckingham Swans, which sees the grassroots club support Lightning with training numbers as well as live training situations.

Tiwaah is now entering her third season on Lightning’s books having made her debut in the Cup from the bench against Sale Sharks in April 2024, before following that up with her PWR debut in June 2024. 

Three more appearances followed in 2024/25, providing head coach Nathan Smith with options on both sides of the scrum.
