Loosehead prop Knight joined Lightning from local rivals Leicester Tigers ahead of the 2024/25 season, having previously tasted victory against Loughborough as a visiting player to cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.

Churchy has previously played for Chesterfield RFC and Mansfield RFC as well as representing Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire & Derbyshire at county level, Midlands and Loughborough Centre of Excellence. 

She became Lightning player #149 when she arrived from the bench against Bristol Bears to make her debut in this season’s PWR: The Cup fixture in September 2025.
