Scrum-half Maude has pedigree in 15s - representing England at U18 and U20 level - as well as on the 7s circuit.

Born in Kingston and raised in the New Forest, Maude gained her introduction to rugby at Ellingham and Ringwood RFC.

She went on to play for Hartpury College and was picked up by Gloucester-Hartpury before her Sevens journey commenced.

Maude played for England in the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the Sevens World Cup that followed later that year.

She also represented Great Britain in the SVNS series, having made her debut for Lightning at the start of the 2024/25 season
