Scrum-half Adcock enjoyed an incredible summer of 2025, as she was called up from the England Under-18s after earning eight caps and into the Under-20s set-up, and subsequently made her debut in the U20 Six Nations Summer Series against Scotland.

Just a few months later, the former Ashby RFC, Leicester Forest RFC and Tamworth RFC player made her Lightning debut against Sale Sharks in this season’s PWR: The Cup.

Ashton has progressed through the pathway at Loughborough, and also aided her rugby rugby development in the Stowe School Girls’ Residential Camps, run by Northampton Saints in partnership with Loughborough Lightning.
