Alev Kelter, Kathryn Treder and Mae Sagapolu have all been picked in the USA starting line-up as they seek to extend their unbeaten WXV Global Series run this weekend against Italy.
Hooker Treder and prop Sagapolu remain in the run-out side, while Kelter comes back into the matchday squad on the left wing for the contest in Nashville that kicks off at 3.15am BST on Sunday 25 October.
The USA Eagles backed up their victory over South Africa in July by defeating Ireland and Wales, and, most recently, by winning their first head-to-head with Italy. They conclude their WXV Global Series on 30 October against the Red Roses in California.
USA Head Coach Jack Hanratty said: “We set ourselves some objectives at the start of the year, to build a robust squad - and to build a squad, you've got to trust the squad.
"This week’s squad shows that depth with some new names starting. Lauren Carlton’s start, is probably one the team is most excited for. She’s an incredible teammate, and her work ethic at training has been unbelievable.”
